How to make lavender sugar scrub? What are the benefits of using a homemade one?
I love the scent of lavender. It is so relaxing and calming. This DIY lavender sugar scrub is super easy to make and it smells divine. It is beneficial for the skin, too. Using the scrub regularly will give you a smooth bright skin. It also reduces the old scars and dark spots.
DIY lavender sugar scrub recipe
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Clear glass jar, 250 ml (8.5 oz)
- 250 grams (8.8 oz) white sugar
- 3 rounded tbsp dried lavender
- 15 tbsp sweet almond oil
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
The white sugar gently exfoliates the skin, leaving it smooth and silky.
The dried lavender and the lavender essential oil brighten the skin and help to restore your natural skin tone. It has also amazing healing properties.
The sweet almond oil moisturizes the skin and loads it with vitamins A, B and E.

Grind the dried lavender in a spice grinder. The result should like the picture below.
Add the sugar and mix well.
The last step is to add the sweet almond oil and the lavender essential oil. Stir the mixture. The body scrub is ready.
How to use it
